The position requires at least an Associate’s degree or two-year College equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate hours) and at least three years of prior-related work experience. In addition, the position requires a high level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Job Description

The position designs, coordinates, prepares and produces College publications utilizing Adobe Creative Suite applications to produce web graphics and execute print-ready materials. Maintains College visual identity and branding. Upgrades software as needed. Maintains College and department web pages(s). Presents useful information and creative ideas within the marketing department and to its internal clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and experience with visual asset management.

Supplemental Job Information

The key job responsibilities include: (1) designs and executes print-ready materials for the College using Adobe Creative Suite applications, (2) designs and produces web graphics using the Adobe Creative Suite applications, (3) manages the production of College publications and marketing materials including vendor solicitation and selection, and (4) assists, organizes, manages and selects photography for use in College publications.

This position requires at least an awarded Associate’s degree or two-year College equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate hours) from a regionally accredited educational institution. Applicants must attach a copy of their diploma or transcript, showing at least the minimum qualifications, at the time of application. In addition, applicants must attach: (1) a portfolio of representative work or link to their own website with representative work and (2) a resume at the time of application. If selected for an interview, applicants must bring an original transcript to the interview showing the awarding of the required degree or the required undergraduate semester hours.
