Job Description

The position provides secretarial and clerical support to assigned office to enable effective office operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer applicants with proven (1) written and oral communication skills, (2) customer service skills, (3) organizational skills and (4) computer skills.

Supplemental Job Information

The position provides secretarial and clerical support to various post-secondary adult vocational training programs located at the Ybor City Training Center.

The position will not exceed 25 hours per week. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm, excluding holidays and school closings.
