Job Description

The position monitors and coordinates the activities of and provides support and assistance to computer science laboratories to enable effective and safe lab operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer applicants with: (1) strong customer service skills assisting students, faculty, and staff, (2) computer and other classroom technology proficiency, and (3) PC and printer troubleshooting skills.

Supplemental Job Information

This is a part-time position not to exceed 29 hours per week. The supervisor will establish the work schedule upon hiring. The position provides assistance to students and faculty in the Technology Building computer labs on the Dale Mabry campus. Applicants selected will be assigned to a position number based on their laboratory assignment. The work schedule may include evenings and Saturdays and will vary from term to term depending on class offerings.
